How long does shipping take?

Orders ship within 1-3 business days and arrive in 5-10 business days across Canada. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is on its way.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free on orders over $100. Orders under $100 ship for a flat $7.95.

What if my shoes don't fit?

No problem – just email us at info@millies-boutique.com within 30 days of delivery. We'll help you find the right size or arrange a return.

How do I choose my size with wide feet?

Choose your usual size, then check the insole length in the size chart on each product page. Measure your foot from heel to longest toe and add ¼–½ inch (0.5–1 cm). Our Wide fit and Bunion-friendly collections are cut wider across the foot.

Can I return my shoes?

Yes, you have 30 days from delivery to return unworn shoes in their original packaging. See our Returns & exchanges page for details.
